Stoa is Worth It!
As Angela Childress steps away from her years of service in Stoa, she reflects on how every moment has been truly Worth It! “Stoa is a God-ordained passion for me. He cast the vision in my heart to press on in service to move toward the vision our original leaders developed. It is a God-sized dream that requires each of us to be all in - as parents, leaders, alumni, students. The dream is becoming a reality, and I cannot wait to see what lies ahead. Stay a part of something bigger than yourself - a league that is shaping the lives of young people and adults alike. Trust God, dare to dream big, stay adaptable and resilient. Press on and rejoice in the impact you are privileged to experience through Stoa. As I pivot to a new season of serving in other ways, I am reminded of Galatians 6:9: ‘And let us not grow weary of doing good, for in due season we will reap, if we do not give up.’
May each of you be blessed and encouraged as we all continue on the mission to train homeschool students to speak boldly and change the world for Christ."
