Software Project Update

The Tools and Tabulation Committee has been working hard to bring a new tool to the Stoa community. This tool will integrate the functionality of Flowpad, Joy of Tournaments, StoaTrax, and Speechranks into one website.
We have been meeting weekly with the developer since May, and we are close to finishing phase one of the project, which is a working model.
We have successfully tested data from some completed tournaments. Our next phase of the project is to test it with live tournament data. We will be doing this throughout the season at select tournaments. This will allow us to dial in all the details before officially launching the website.
We appreciate your continued prayers and support. This effort is not possible without our generous donors, and without all the volunteers who are working alongside the developer to make this happen for our league.

I appreciate how convenient and user friendly this tool is for daily academic use. It reduces unnecessary stress and helps students make better decisions about studying and assignment priorities before exams arrive.
I read the update and it reminded me of work we did in a similar environment. In our case, we were supported with development and infrastructure improvements, especially around secure delivery pipelines and compliance requirements. We had to deal with strict security and container standards, and working with Oteemo services helped us streamline deployments and reduce friction between development and operations. Overall, it felt like a much more structured and reliable way to deliver software in a regulated environment.
