Tournament Directors: Make sure your tournament qualifies for NITOC!
There are new minimum tournament standards for the 2022-2023 Stoa season. All directors and participating families must be registered Stoa members. Flowpad registration tracks this automatically. Update Flowpad to the current year by accessing the Administration Setup Page then selecting Advanced Options under the Student Registration. Look for the current competition year in the Require Registration Verification pull-down menu. Make sure the student eligibility age is updated for the current year. This link will take you to a video walking you through the steps to update your Flowpad registration.
If tournament directors choose to use a different registration system, you will need to submit a list of registrants including affiliate numbers immediately upon close of registration. Submit to stoaadministrator@stoausa.org.
