We promote a transparent culture of servant hearts.
We are committed to promoting transparency by being open about our plans and operations through regular updates and communication by way of the StoaByte, Alumni Post, the Stoa Annual Report, and social media. Transparency is also represented by adhering to the Stoa Transparent Tabulation Policy and through posting any exceptions to the tournament minimum standards ahead of time on tournament websites. Within our transparent culture, we seek to nurture meeting the needs of others. In Christianity, we are called first to submit to God, then to one another. We use Jesus as a role model since He was the greatest servant of all.
