Speaking Boldly. Changing the World for Christ.

For from Him and through Him and to Him are all things. To Him be the glory forever. Amen.
Romans 11:36 (NASB®)

Stoa is a national High School and Junior High Speech and Debate organization serving the needs of privately educated, Christian Homeschooling families. Stoa exists to train Christian homeschooled youth in speech and debate to better communicate a Biblical world view. Each year the Stoa Board offers the National Invitational Tournament of Champions (NITOC), inviting students from across the United States to perform, speak and debate to the glory of God.
  • Stoa was established on the model of our nation's founding fathers with a commitment to limited central government and maximum local control.
  • Stoa trusts local leaders to know how best to serve their local communities in administering their own local tournaments.
  • Stoa offered more than 90 tournaments nationwide during the 2014-2015 tournament season.
    • There were tournaments from Hawaii to Washington DC and from Seattle to Tampa!
  • Stoa tournaments are all open to families from around the country.
  • Stoa is building a world class community of speakers, debaters, and family members who are committed to Speaking Boldly and Changing the World for Christ in their homes, churches, communities, at colleges and universities, and in the workplace.

    • This includes public and private schools.
  • Approximately 5000 speeches were presented during the course of the tournament.
