14-28  Annual Meeting:                  By-Law Changes, Voting Issues, Resolutions, Wildcards, and Board candidates submitted to membership for review.

1-15                   Member voting period on items presented during Annual Meeting.

1           Announce result of member vote.

20-25          NITOC

One week post-NITOC:     Posting of any issues learned at NITOC that might necessitate changes for the coming year.

Three weeks post-NITOC:       Posting of all event rules for the coming season.
